Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery
If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it arrived, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to process any return.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its arrival.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will issue your refund. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. Store credit refunds are also available.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. We may ask for photos as evidence before arranging a return. Once approved, your replacement item or part will be shipped as soon as it is available from the manufacturer.

We can also arrange collection if needed.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.
